The role will be responsible for strengthening the Company's internal control environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, mitigating operational and financial risks, and promoting adherence to established policies and procedures. The role will provide independent assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and governance processes across the business.

• Monitor and evaluate compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal policy requirements across the organization.
• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Identify, assess, and report business risks while recommending appropriate mitigation measures.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and asset verification exercises to ensure proper safeguarding and utilization of company assets.
• Investigate reported cases of fraud, misconduct, policy violations, and operational irregularities.
• Monitor workshop, store, spare parts, procurement, and inventory control processes to ensure compliance with approved procedures.
• Review job cards, counter sales transactions, local purchases, petty cash, and other revenue assurance activities.
• Prepare audit reports, communicate findings to Management, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of risk management and compliance frameworks across the business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent and experience is an added advantage
• Minimum of 4–6 years' experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management, or Compliance, preferably within the automobile, manufacturing, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Navision will be an added advantage.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
