Escrow-Tech Nigeria Limited (ETNL) is seeking an experienced Brand Strategist to define the positioning, messaging and market perception of OhmFlex before design and campaign work begins. We are looking for a Brand Strategist to define what OhmFlex stands for and how it is perceived.

You will shape how hotel owners, general managers and engineers understand the product, while setting the direction that our designers, sales team and content creators will follow.

• Interview customers, prospects, field sales staff and leadership to understand how OhmFlex is bought, used and discussed.
• Define the brand positioning: who OhmFlex is for, what it stands for and why customers should choose it over alternatives such as generators, inverters and competing energy products.
• Develop the core brand story, key messages and tone of voice for hotel owners, general managers and engineers.
• Set the standard for customer touchpoints, including packaging, installation, proposals, the app, brochure and sales conversations.
• Brief and guide the design team and content creators so all work reflects the agreed positioning.
• Advise on the brand experience at the OhmFlex product launch and in launch communications.
• Equip the sales team with messaging they can use in the field, including how to present value and handle price objections.

• Proven experience in brand strategy or positioning, with at least two brands you have repositioned.
• Experience with B2B, technology or service brands. Consumer and fashion experience alone is not enough.
• A research-led approach — you listen to customers before proposing.
• Ability to turn strategy into clear, practical guidance that designers and sales teams can use.
• Strong written and spoken communication, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
• Understanding of the Nigerian market.
• Knowledge of hospitality, energy or property is an advantage.
