The Role: We're hiring a Business Developer to own our entire sales pipeline — from first outreach to signed contract. You'll be talking to authors, publishers, and brands every single day. This is a full-time, target-driven role with real earning upside for someone who can actually sell. What You'll Do Source new audiobook projects constantly — authors, publishers, brands, etc. Run outreach daily: cold email, cold calls, DMs, networking Run discovery calls, pitch our services, handle objections, and close deals Send proposals, negotiate terms, and move deals to signed contract Send a weekly pipeline report: leads, meetings, proposals sent, deals closed Hit 4-6 signed deals per month

2+ years in B2B sales, business development, agency sales, or publishing/media sales You have a hunter mentality — daily outreach and rejection don't scare you You can sell a creative service, not just recite a price list You're organized — you can run a pipeline in Google Sheets or a CRM without being chased Bonus: you can show proof of deals you've actually closed
