• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify client needs and convert prospects into revenue.
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Manage inbound opportunities from initial engagement to deal closure.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and coordinate seamless service delivery.

• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of business development and revenue generation.
• Exposure to recruitment, assessment, HR consulting or related professional services.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• A commercially minded professional who takes ownership and thrives on targets.
• A B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field is required; professional certifications are an added advantage.
