We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, acquire clients, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will promote the company’s consulting, business advisory, investment advisory, project development, and related professional services to businesses, investors, institutions, and other prospective clients.

We are looking for someone who understands B2B sales, can engage senior decision-makers, develop a strong business pipeline, and convert qualified opportunities into client engagements and revenue.

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and prospective clients.
• Conduct targeted outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, investors, institutions, and strategic partners.
• Identify client needs and match them with the company’s services.
• Coordinate proposals, pitch decks, presentations, bids, and commercial negotiations.
• Manage the sales pipeline, client follow-ups, and partnership opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, sectors, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop client solutions and progress business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly pipeline updates and monthly performance reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Maintain at least 15 qualified opportunities in the active pipeline.
• Generate 8–12 qualified leads monthly.
• Complete at least 20 targeted business outreach activities monthly.
• Progress qualified opportunities into proposals, negotiations, and signed engagements.
• Meet agreed client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Submit 100% of assigned proposals within agreed deadlines.
• Respond to client enquiries within 24 hours.
• Identify at least one new market or strategic business opportunity monthly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• 4–7years’ experience in business development, B2B sales, consulting, or client relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales pipelines and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and business research tools.
• Experience in consulting, investment advisory, manufacturing, project development, or other professional services is an advantage.
