PricePally is looking for a highly capable Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO. This is not a traditional Personal Assistant role. We need a trusted adviser and execution partner who can understand complex issues, exercise sound judgement, coordinate commitments are followed through.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, highly organised and an excellent communicator. A legal background is strongly preferred because the role will involve reviewing contracts, identifying risks and coordinating with external counsel when necessary. However, legal training alone is not enough. The person must understand business and know how to get things done.

• Managing the CEO’s schedule, meetings, travel, priorities and follow-ups 
• Maintaining a clear tracker of decisions, commitments, deadlines and outstanding actions 
• Preparing briefing notes ahead of important meetings
• Coordinating executives, teams, advisers and external stakeholders

• At least three years of relevant professional experience 
• A legal qualification or strong commercial contract experience, preferably 
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
