The ideal candidate must have strong financial services experience and a proven track record as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or Head of Technology.

• Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee software development, engineering, and technology operations.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of financial technology systems.
• Lead and manage engineering and technology teams.
• Drive digital innovation and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity, data protection, and financial services regulations.
• Manage technology budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12 – 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector, preferably fintech, banking, or digital payments.
• Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, Head of Technology, or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology management.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
