- Oversee the inspection, maintenance and repair of buildings, roofs, roads, drainage, concrete structures, external works and other civil assets.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
- Conduct regular condition assessments and identify structural and building-related risks.
- Supervise civil works, refurbishment, renovation and improvement projects.
- Manage contractors and ensure quality, cost and timely delivery of civil works.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE, building, engineering and statutory requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, work scopes, BOQs and project documentation.
- Monitor civil/building maintenance budgets and resource utilisation.
- Investigate defects, failures and recurring building issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation of assets, inspections, maintenance activities and completed works.
- Drive continuous improvement in building condition, functionality and site appearance.

- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or related discipline.
- 2–3 years’ relevant experience in civil/building engineering, facilities management or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, civil works, construction practices and contractor management.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical reports.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Strong commitment to HSE, quality and engineering standards.
