The Cold Room Operator & Facility Officer plays a dual operational role at VFCE, acting as both the primary handler for inventory and protein processing and the direct custodian of on-site facility standards. This role is designed for a versatile, detail-oriented, and physically capable professional responsible for the complete lifecycle of cold store inventory—retrieving stock from cooling units, precision cutting, and hygienic packaging for customer dispatch. Concurrently, the candidate directly executes core facility management functions, maintaining unbroken cold-chain logistics, zero-odor sanitation, power-switching operations, and vendor/security oversight to maintain a hospitality-grade facility environment at all times.

• Cold Room Operations & Protein Processing
• Cutting & Packaging: Perform precision butchery, cutting, portioning, and hygienic packaging according to client specifications and weight metrics.
• Cold-Chain Maintenance: Execute all processing and packaging rapidly and systematically to minimize stock exposure to ambient temperatures, maintaining strict cold-chain integrity.
• Inventory Control & Stock Management

• Education: Diploma, OND, or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agricultural Science, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or related field. 
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in cold storage operations, meat processing/butchery, or integrated facility management strictly within hospitality, food logistics, or commercial supermarket environments.
