• Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.

• Minimum of HND/BSC in related discipline..
• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Must be fluent in Yoruba and Hausa Language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle pressure and stress effectively.
• Enthusiasm for building relationships with customers.
