PrimeHub HR Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing FinTech client for a Customer Success Officer to join their team — supporting customers as they use our digital financial products and services.

• Be the first point of contact for customer queries, complaints & escalations
• Support customers through onboarding on web & mobile apps, and guide them through account/transaction issues
• Respond promptly across email, WhatsApp & other social channels
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to advise customers accurately
• Log and track customer interactions, complaints & resolutions
• Promote products and support cross-sell/upsell initiatives
• Analyze customer data and feedback to improve the service experience
• Share customer insights with sales, marketing & product teams

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• Strong phone, email & chat handling skills, with active listening — and the calm to handle frustrated customers -Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software/tools
• Ability to analyze and interpret customer data; strong multitasking & time management
• Strong interpersonal & relationship-management skills; proven track record in a similar customer success role
• Social-media savvy; FinTech or financial services experience preferred
• Age range: 25–28 years
• You stay composed when customers are stressed, genuinely care about their experience, and know how to turn a complaint into a loyal, active user.
