NOBZO is seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Representative to serve as a frontline point of contact for customers and agents in the Ibadan territory. The role will handle customer enquiries, complaints, onboarding support, and issue resolution across phone, chat, email, and in-person channels. The successful candidate will work closely with Relationship Managers and the Operations team to resolve customer issues, maintain accurate support records, identify recurring service challenges, and contribute to a consistently positive customer experience.

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or customer support.
• Experience in fintech, telecommunications, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Must reside in or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State.
• Familiarity with Ibadan’s communities and common customer touchpoints is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service, empathy, patience, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or customer-support tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with field and operational teams.
• Fluency in Yoruba is an advantage.
