• Accurately capture, input, and update financial and accounting data into designated systems, spreadsheets, and accounting software.
• Review financial documents and source records to ensure data entered is complete, accurate, and properly supported.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly financial records and reports.
• Support the Finance team with invoice processing, payment documentation, expense records, and transaction tracking.
• Perform basic reconciliation of financial data, including invoices, receipts, payment records, and supporting documents.
• Identify and report discrepancies, missing information, duplicate entries, or inconsistencies in financial records.
• Assist in updating financial schedules, spreadsheets, and databases as required
• Support other data entry and administrative activities within the Finance department as assigned.

• HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in data entry, accounting support, finance administration, or a related role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and spreadsheet management.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
