The Delivery Team Lead leads the Delivery department to meet the delivery promise of bitMARTe by ensuring that all the steps in the delivery chain are actioned within the set turn-around time outlined in our delivery policy. He/She must be able to prioritize and assign tasks to the team member. He must coach the team members to improve performance. He/She will ensure order delivery is assigned to 3PL in line with our Turn Around Time. The Delivery Team Lead needs to continuously review our delivery operations and recommend changes to be implement to improve performance and lead a smooth implementation of changes.

• Responsible for managing the day to day order lifecycle from scheduling through to order fulfilment
• Short and tactical term planning and co-ordination of logistics for maximizing customer delivery performance while ensuring cost-efficiency
• Finding creative and innovative ways to offer a better customer experience
• Working closely with the Logistics Manager to share and implement global best practices in order fulfilment.
• Review performance, share learnings and enhance corrective actions in logistic chains
• Active participation in development of work processes and development of planning tools
• Direct team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling, and tracking work assignments, providing guidance, and ensuring the availability of resources
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to meet customer requirements, to minimize negative impacts on a business.
• Plan, organize, and execute logistics support activities, such as maintenance planning and repair analysis of equipment in the department.
• Deliver detailed reports weekly / monthly on all online activity
• Track and report daily/weekly schedule adherence, Issues Identified and resolutions.
• Interface with Logistics Manager for key performance objectives related to Business Operating Plan.
• Ensures work is scheduled and completed within applicable compliance timeframe and close out all required inputs on the portal.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Schedulers in the unit and reports directly to the Logistics Manager.
• Leads and directs schedulers in the department on day-to-day activities
• Organizes and develops schedule according to order placement from the platform and the hub systems.
• Schedules, tracks, and assists the team on quick resolution surrounding order issues
• Provide analytical support, when necessary, on day-to-day operations for continuous improvement and business growth.

• 8-10 years or equivalent supervisory management experience in a logistics firm or a fast-paced firm.
• Strong personality, energetic, enthusiastic, flexible & reliable. An excellent communicator, a driver with a balanced and flexible approach, possessing the ability to build strong relationships. Stress resistant with natural leadership skills and ability to inspire a team Logical, analytical & creative thinker. 
• Multi-task and excellent organizer.
• Must possess a Degree in Supply/Logistics or any Social Science/Management related course
• Must be a member of CILT/CIOTA
• Additional Diploma/Advance certificate from CILT/CIOTA will be a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of related system like ERP
• Experience at a supervisory/managerial level in the past 3-4 years.
• Knowledge & understanding of the e-commerce
• Team player
• Good reporting and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail
• Personal drive with a sense of urgency and an ability to demonstrate a strong commitment to managing initiatives to a successful conclusion
