- Digitise, organise, verify, and maintain accurate company records, databases, and documents.
- Prepare reports, maintain digital and HSE logbooks, and deliver weekly progress updates and bimonthly presentations.
- Ensure proper document control, data security, confidentiality, and regular backups.
- Conduct workplace and site inspections, identify hazards, and perform risk assessments.
- Develop and review HSE plans, manuals, and safety procedures, including subcontractors’ HSE documents.
- Investigate incidents, recommend corrective actions, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, emergency drills, and periodic inspections of tools and equipment.
- Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with company HSE policies.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, digital records management, and document control.
- Understanding of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and workplace safety.
- Relevant experience and HSE certifications are added advantages.
- Strong organisational, communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Gender preference: Female candidates are preferred for gender balance.
