• Develop and execute HHL’s digital marketing strategy.
• Research and refine target audiences in Nigeria and the diaspora.
• Manage campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Improve SEO and Google search visibility.
• Manage social media and create content that builds trust and generates leads.
• Test campaigns, messaging, creatives and landing pages.
• Improve conversion from ads/search to WhatsApp, enquiries, consultations and onboarding.
• Track performance and continuously optimise what works.

• 2–4+ years of digital or growth marketing experience.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of SEO, analytics and conversion tracking.
• Proven experience generating leads or customers through digital marketing.
• Strong content and copywriting skills.
• Comfortable with Canva or similar creative tools.
• Self-directed, analytical and focused on measurable results.
