We are seeking an experienced Director of School to provide strategic leadership and overall oversight of the institution's academic, administrative, operational, and people management functions.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Chairman, Board of Directors, Heads of Schools, and Heads of Units to drive academic excellence, effective school operations, staff performance, student welfare, and continuous institutional improvement.

• Provide strategic leadership and develop/implement the school's Strategic Master Plan and Direction.
• Oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of all schools.
• Coordinate and supervise Heads of Schools/Units and multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive academic excellence, curriculum development, teaching quality, assessment, and learner outcomes.
• Lead staff recruitment, retention, training, coaching, mentoring, appraisal, discipline, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with national/international educational standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory bodies including relevant Ministries of Education, WAEC, NECO, and Cambridge.
• Oversee Child Protection and Safeguarding, ensuring a safe and secure learning environment.
• Manage school resources, facilities, infrastructure, records, and assets effectively.
• Drive quality assurance, continuous improvement, educational innovation, and effective use of technology.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and initiatives aimed at student enrolment, institutional growth, and brand reputation.
• Oversee staff payroll inputs, promotions, appointments, transfers/redeployment, orientation, and exit processes.
• Prepare and submit monthly performance and operational reports to the Chairman and Board.

• Minimum 15 years' experience in whole-school management, covering both academic leadership and school operations.
• Proven experience in senior educational leadership, with responsibility for academic excellence, administration, staff management, curriculum, student welfare, and operational performance.
• Experience managing Heads of Schools/Units and multidisciplinary teams within a structured educational institution.
• Strong track record in strategic planning, performance management, quality assurance, accreditation, safeguarding, stakeholder management, and continuous school improvement.
• Previous experience as a Director of School, Head of School, Principal, School Administrator, or equivalent senior leadership position is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, and people-management skills.
• Female candidates are preferred to support gender balance.
