We're looking for an experienced Driller responsible for the safe and efficient operation of drilling equipment and supervision of the drilling crew during well construction — maintaining well control, managing rig equipment, and supporting safe, cost-effective well operations.

• Operate and monitor draw-works, rotary, top drive, mud pumps, and associated drilling equipment
• Execute drilling, tripping, casing, cementing, and completion operations per the drilling program
• Maintain primary well control at all times; respond effectively to well control situations
• Apply correct drilling parameters (weight on bit, rotary speed, mud circulation)
• Supervise rig floor crew and assign tasks; conduct pre-job equipment checks
• Enforce safety policies; lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Maintain well control certification; ensure API/IADC/regulatory compliance
• Stop unsafe work and report hazards/incidents/near misses immediately
• Supervise and mentor roughnecks, derrickmen, and assistant drillers
• Coordinate with mechanics, electricians, and TDS engineers on maintenance
• Maintain drilling logs, connection times, operational reports; provide handovers to incoming drillers

• HND/B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
• 8+ years rig experience, including 3-5 years as an Assistant Driller or Driller
• Valid IWCF/IADC Well Control Certificate (Driller Level) — mandatory
• Offshore Survival Certification (BOSIET/FOET)
• HSE training/certification (NEBOSH/OSHA or equivalent) preferred
