Genesys Engineering Services Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Electrical Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical installations, solar power system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and project supervision.

• Design, install, test, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
• Install, commission, and maintain solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, charge controllers,     and associated wiring.
• Conduct site assessments and determine appropriate solar system requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and solar system faults.
• Supervise electrical and solar installation projects.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and company procedures.
• Prepare technical reports, installation documentation, and material requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and junior staff.
• Work with other departments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain proper records of installations, repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven practical experience in installing and commissioning solar power systems is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of solar panels, inverters, lithium/lead-acid batteries, protection devices, and electrical cabling.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Good knowledge of electrical safety practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
