• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Store.
• Maintain accurate records of engineering spare parts, tools, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment of critical engineering items.
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue engineering materials as required.
• Maintain proper documentation of all stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper identification, labelling, and storage of spare parts.
• Work closely with the Engineering and Procurement teams to ensure availability of critical spares.
• Monitor obsolete, slow-moving, and damaged engineering materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised engineering store.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

• HND or B.Eng. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in an Engineering Store, preferably within an FMCG, manufacturing, or food-processing environment.
• Good knowledge of engineering spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
• Strong inventory management and record-keeping skills.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate must be organised, proactive, accountable, and knowledgeable about engineering spare parts, with the ability to ensure that critical materials are available to support uninterrupted plant operations.
