• Manage daily estate administration and resident communication.
• Supervise security, cleaners, gardeners, and other service providers.
• Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and common areas.
• Monitor access control and report security incidents.
• Organize estate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Maintain accurate estate and service records.
• Obtain quotations and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Enforce estate a nd construction guidelines.
• Report issues and provide administrative support to EXCO.

• OND or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email & WhatsApp).
• Ability to prepare clear minutes and reports.
• Experience in estate, facilities, or office administration is an advantage.
• Honest, professional, trustworthy, and proactive.
• Reporting to: Executive Committee (EXCO)
