We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute company events from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing event logistics, liaising with vendors, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring every event is delivered successfully and within budget.

• Plan, organize, and coordinate corporate, promotional, and special events.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and project plans.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and service providers.
• Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, catering, equipment, and staffing.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
• Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Manage event registrations, guest lists, and attendee communications.
• Prepare post-event reports and evaluate event success.
• Resolve any issues that arise before, during, or after events.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in event planning or coordination.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Willingness to work weekends or evenings when required.
