• Manage the Executive’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, memos, and official documents.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Manage confidential information and executive records with discretion.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, events, and other executive logistics.
• Serve as a professional liaison between the Executive and key stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Previous experience supporting a senior executive is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organi with “Executive Assistant” as the email subject.
