• Manage executive calendars, meetings and appointments
• Coordinate travel, itineraries and logistics
• Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
• Coordinate meetings and liaise with key stakeholders
• Track follow-ups and action points
• Handle confidential information and executive communications
• Support management with research and special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3–7 years’ experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant or similar role
• Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite management
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Aviation experience is an added advantage, but not required.
