• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate tasks, track deadlines, and follow up on action points.
• Maintain confidential records and facilitate communication.
• Assist with content creation, copywriting, and social media planning.
• Support creative projects and other executive duties as assigned.

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic content creation and social media skills.
• Professionalism, discretion, and ability to multitask.
