We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our ginger plantation in Ogun State. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in ginger cultivation, farm operations, and agricultural production.

• Oversee daily farm operations, including land preparation, planting, crop maintenance, and harvesting.
• Supervise farm workers and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Monitor crop health, identify pests and diseases, and implement appropriate control measures.
• Manage irrigation, fertilisation, weed control, and other cultivation activities.
• Track farm productivity, maintain records, and provide regular operational reports.
• Implement strategies to improve yield, reduce costs, and achieve production targets.

• Degree or relevant qualification in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in farm management, preferably in ginger cultivation.
• Strong knowledge of crop production, pest and disease management, and farm operations.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be a practical, results-oriented agricultural professional with a proven track record in ginger production. We are particularly interested in someone who understands the realities of managing ginger at scale, can diagnose crop challenges accurately, and can translate technical knowledge into measurable improvements in farm productivity.
