An FMCG company is seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to manage relationships with retailers & resellers, maintain product availability, grow sales & expand the company’s customer base across Lagos.

• Visit retailers, resellers & other customers regularly.
• Monitor stock levels & facilitate timely replenishment.
• Grow sales from existing customers and strengthen customer relationships.
• Introduce customers to additional products within the company’s range.
• Identify & acquire new customers across assigned locations.
• Monitor product visibility & availability at retail outlets.
• Gather & report information on competitor products, prices and activities.
• Submit accurate visit, sales & customer reports.

• A university degree or formal higher-education qualification is *not* required.
• Relevant experience in field sales, retail sales, distribution, merchandising or customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes & the ability to move around assigned territories.
• Ability to build & maintain good customer relationships.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp & basic digital reporting tools.
• Honest, dependable, self-motivated & results-oriented.
