We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Finance Assistant to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will primarily support the company's Accounts Payable function, ensuring that procurement and payment processes are properly controlled, documented, and executed in accordance with company policies and financial objectives.

• Receive, review, and process supplier invoices accurately and promptly.
• Verify payment requests and ensure all supporting documentation and approvals are complete.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, payments, and supplier documentation.
• Assist in monitoring procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Support vendor relationship management by responding to supplier inquiries and following up on outstanding issues.
• Assist with payment scheduling and cash flow planning to optimize working capital
• Ensure timely settlement of approved supplier invoices.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls, procurement guidelines, and statutory requirements.
• Identify and report procurement-related risks, irregularities, or unauthorized expenditures.

• OND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Administrative Support.
• Basic understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic finance environment.
