- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial analysis.
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow, treasury and liquidity management.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory remittances and applicable financial regulations.
- Manage internal financial controls, risk management, asset protection and insurance claims.
- Support investment transactions, acquisitions, divestments and strategic business decisions.
- Drive financial systems improvement, automation and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business leaders to optimise resource allocation and financial performance.

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper.
- Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in financial management, taxation, treasury, investment analysis and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
