We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a major distributor of assorted beer and beverages, for a Haulage Data Analyst to analyse haulage operations, fleet performance, costs, and operational data to support informed business decisions.

•Collect, analyse, and maintain accurate haulage and fleet data.
•Monitor vehicle utilisation, trips, routes, turnaround time, downtime, and fuel efficiency.
•Track haulage revenue, expenses, cost per trip/km, and profitability.
•Monitor driver performance and vehicle maintenance records.
•Reconcile haulage records with Accounts, Logistics, Warehouse, and dispatch records.
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and Excel dashboards.
•Identify trends, discrepancies, cost-saving opportunities, and performance gaps.

•Bachelor’s degree/HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
•1-2 years’ experience in data analysis, preferably in haulage, logistics, transportation, or fleet management.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, dashboards, and data analysis.
•Good understanding of operational and financial data analysis and reconciliation.
•Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
