We are urgently hiring an experienced Head Chef for our client in Lekki, Lagos. The successful candidate will lead the kitchen team and oversee the preparation and presentation of a diverse intercontinental menu.

• Lead and manage the kitchen team and daily kitchen operations.
• Develop, execute, and maintain high-quality intercontinental menus.
• Demonstrate strong practical knowledge of dishes such as Beef Tenderloin/Steak, Grilled or Seared Salmon, Lobster Thermidor, Seafood Risotto, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Chicken Piccata, Lasagna, Spaghetti Bolognese, Beef Stroganoff, Paella, Fish & Chips, Caesar Salad, Caprese Salad, and gourmet burgers.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Manage food costing, portion control, inventory, and kitchen supplies.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Create menus and specials while maintaining variety and quality.
• Minimise food wastage and control kitchen costs.
• Work effectively in a professional and fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Minimum HND/Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Catering, Food Production, or a related field.
• Professional culinary qualifications or recognised chef certifications will be an added advantage.
