• Lead the Institute’s marketing and membership growth strategies.
• Drive member acquisition, retention, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee marketing activities across Nigeria and international platforms.
• Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Monitor membership performance and prepare reports for the Executive Council.
• Oversee member enquiries, feedback, complaints, and the integrity of the membership database.

•B.Sc. in any discipline; Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, membership services, or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, financial services, risk management, compliance, audit, insurance, banking, certification, or membership-based organisations is highly preferred.
• Relevant professional qualifications and/or a Master’s degree are an advantage.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in standard office applications and membership management systems.
