Our client, a leading Nigerian fashion brand with over 25 years of excellence and 11 retail stores nationwide, is seeking a Head of Category to drive commercial growth, profitability, and category performance.

* Develop and execute commercial strategies * Drive sales growth and campaign execution * Manage budgets, forecasts, and pricing * Monitor category performance and KPIs * Oversee inventory and supplier relationships * Lead cross-functional teams * Conduct market and competitor analysis

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field * 7+ years’ experience in commercial management (Fashion Retail, FMCG, or E-commerce preferred) * Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills * Advanced Excel skills (SQL is an added advantage) * Proven ability to drive business growth and profitability
