• Oversee daily financial operations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform and review bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely remittance of statutory deductions and obligations.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
• Coordinate audits and maintain proper financial documentation.

• Minimum of 5 -7 years’ experience in core accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
• Proven experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of payroll management and statutory remittances.
• Experience liaising with government regulatory agencies.
• Knowledge of tax compliance and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and leadership skills.
