- Lead technical strategy and governance across underwriting, claims and reinsurance.
- Oversee underwriting standards, risk selection, pricing and portfolio profitability.
- Supervise major claims, claims reserves, recoveries and loss control.
- Develop reinsurance strategies and manage relationships with reinsurers and brokers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable insurance regulations and risk management frameworks.
- Monitor technical performance, loss ratios, costs and key performance indicators.
- Lead technical teams and present performance reports to executive management and the Board.

- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- 5–10 years of relevant insurance or reinsurance technical experience, including managerial-level responsibilities.
- ACIIN or FCII professional qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in underwriting, claims and reinsurance management.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication and risk management skills.
