• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage compensation, benefits, salary structures, allowances, and employee rewards.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws, employment regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Partner with management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Prepare HR and payroll reports and provide insights to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with strong Compensation & Benefits experience.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws, HR compliance, and employment policies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is an added advantage.
