• Staff payroll preparation (Good knowledge of Seamless HR, Zoho etc.)
• Working knowledge of Nigerian labour law and statutory HR requirements, including Pension, NSITF and ITF.
• Support employee records management, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration and attendance tracking.
• Assist with the implementation of HR policies, the Employee Handbook and job descriptions.
• Coordinate workforce mapping, vacancy tracking and recruitment activities.
• Support the implementation of HRIS platforms, payroll standardisation and attendance-control systems.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and statutory HR documentation.
• Support employee relations and grievance Management
• Assist with training programmes, performance appraisals and management HR reporting.

• BSc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
• 5 years’ HR generalist experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing company is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with HRIS platforms 
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
