• Lead and oversee the organisation’s HR operations, policies, and processes.
• Handle employee relations, workplace conflicts, disciplinary matters, and staff welfare.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, training, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• -5–7 years of relevant HR experience, with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR practices, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
