• Coordinate payroll and employee benefits administration.
• Manage onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes.
• Coordinate HR projects, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Oversee statutory compliance, including HMO, PenCom, ITF, and NSITF.
• Serve as Management Representative for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Provide strategic HR support to management and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, including managerial responsibility.
• Proven experience in payroll and project coordination.
• ISO 9001 QMS experience is required.
• Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Must be available for fully onsite work in Lekki Phase 1.
