• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee employee performance, engagement, and welfare.
• Manage disciplinary and employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Support workforce planning and organizational development.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
• 6+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
