• Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll administration, leave management, and employee benefits.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal HR policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience; airline or aviation industry experience is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR documentation.
