●Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
●2 — 4 years' relevant HR experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.
●Good knowledge Of HR practices and Nigerian labour laws.
●Strong administrative, communication and interpersonal skills. proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
●HR professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage.
