• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate staff onboarding and maintain employee records.
• Monitor staff attendance and maintain administrative documentation.
• Oversee daily office administration, filing, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate operational activities and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate company records.
• Ensure administrative processes run efficiently.

• HND or BSc in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office tools.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
