FoLiXx Hospitality is looking for a high-capacity, solution-driven HR Operations professional who can build systems, solve people and operational problems, and use technology and AI to make HR faster, smarter and more accountable.

This is not a conventional 9–5 HR role. We operate in the hospitality and entertainment industry, where business activities extend beyond traditional office hours. The ideal candidate must understand the demands of a fast-paced, multi-business environment and be able to respond effectively when people-related issues require attention

• WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Manage core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, documentation and workforce administration.
• Effectively manage and optimise the company's HR Management System (HRMS/HRIS).
• Build practical HR systems, trackers, workflows and processes that improve accountability and reduce operational gaps.
• Identify HR and workforce problems early and develop practical solutions rather than waiting for issues to escalate.
• Drive performance tracking, KPIs, appraisals, PIPs and employee performance documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR matters are properly documented, assigned, tracked and closed.
• Use workforce data to identify trends in recruitment, performance, attendance, retention and employee movement.
• Work closely with business leaders and line managers across multiple hospitality operations.
• Improve HR reporting and provide management with clear, timely and actionable information.
• AI & TECHNOLOGY CAPABILITY
• We are specifically looking for someone who understands how modern technology can improve HR productivity.
• You should be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, reporting, data analysis, recruitment, communication and routine HR workflows while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and professional judgement.
• We are not looking for someone who simply uses AI to generate documents. We want someone who can identify repetitive work and build smarter ways of getting it done.

• Comfortable with HRMS/HRIS platforms and digital workflows
• Technology and AI savvy
• Able to manage multiple priorities without losing accountability
• Strong in documentation and reporting
• Comfortable working with people at different organisational levels
• Capable of working independently and taking ownership
• Able to operate effectively in a high-pressure hospitality environment
• Flexible enough to work beyond conventional office hours when operations require it.

• B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with strong practical exposure to HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Relations and HR Administration.
• Practical experience using an HR Management System (HRMS/HRIS).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making capability.
• Demonstrable ability to build, improve and implement HR systems, processes and workflows.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, analysis and speed of execution.
• Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SPHR, SHRM, or certification from another recognised HR professional body is an added advantage.
• Previous experience within Hospitality, Entertainment, Retail, FMCG or another fast-paced operational environment is an advantage.
