We are seeking a competent Internal Audit Manager to oversee risk-based audit engagements, strengthen internal controls, assess governance and risk management processes, and promote compliance across business operations.

- Plan, execute and supervise internal audit engagements.
- Evaluate financial and operational controls and identify control gaps.
- Prepare and review audit reports and monitor corrective actions.
- Support the implementation and assessment of internal controls over financial reporting.
- Conduct special audits and investigations into suspected fraud or ethical breaches.
- Assess compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and established procedures.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, information technology and other assurance teams.
- Supervise audit personnel and ensure audit quality standards are maintained.
- Support assessments relating to data protection, cybersecurity and environmental, social and governance risks.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, CPA or CISA.
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in internal audit and/or internal control, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, corporate governance, internal controls and fraud investigation.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
