We are seeking a proactive, sharp, diligent, and results-driven Education Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the study-abroad process, providing appropriate education and career guidance, supporting university applications, following up with prospective clients, convert prospects to clients and contributing directly to student enrolment and business growth.

• Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable study destinations, universities, courses, and study-abroad opportunities based on their academic and career goals.
• Manage, and follow up on leads through various channels to drive student enrolment and business growth.
• Support marketing and student recruitment activities, identify growth opportunities, and contribute strategies to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on student enquiries, applications, admissions, lead conversions, and other performance indicators.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the application and admission process.
• Compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

• HND/BSC in relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in Education Consulting, Study Abroad Consulting, Sales, Customer Service, or a related role.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in the study-abroad or international education industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
