• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Track stock movement, receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, and variances.
• Support stock-taking and inventory audits.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide timely updates on stock levels.

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related role.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills.
