• Proven experience in IT support, IT engineering, or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience providing technical support in an office or corporate environment.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, Windows OS, printers, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, endpoint protection, data security, and data protection procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant IT or cybersecurity certifications are an added advantage.
