• Manage and maintain the company’s computers, network, systems, and IT infrastructure
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications
• Manage network connectivity, printers, user accounts, and access controls
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Maintain IT security, backups, and data protection procedures
• Support CCTV, access control, and other technology systems where required
• Liaise with IT vendors and service providers when necessary
• Maintain proper records of IT assets and equipment

• Bachelor’s/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in IT support or a similar role
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows, and troubleshooting
• Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and network security
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Proximity to Lekki Free Trade Zone/Ibeju-Lekki is strongly preferred.
