• Provide general administrative support to the HR function and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and other people-related projects.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate and employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
• Assist with preparing HR reports, trackers, and other HR documentation.
• Support employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and compliance records.
• Respond to routine employee HR queries and escalate issues where necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years’ experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, HR Administration, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and HR documentation.
• Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
• High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
